My accidental Messier Quest
A good winter time project since the sky has been overcast for a month and I'm going bonkers.

Re: My accidental Messier Quest
Thanks, I kind of like that one too, started out by doing the math and it seemed to be possible to resolve the galaxy with the 16 and an hour or so exposure. Also resolved the two outliersbladekeeper wrote: ↑Sun Dec 29, 2019 4:17 pm Awesome looking Messier images, Steve! I am still amazed by your M110 image.
But many of the pics, some from a dozen years ago, need to be re-done, not up to my current standards. And maybe a plan to pick up the remaining 21 in a year or so.
Thanks,
Steve

Re: My accidental Messier Quest
Favorites are M63 and 64. The Sunflower is outstanding, BTW...
The Whirlpool and M17 also really, really nicely done. You're almost there! A little bit further and you'll be home free!
We'd love to have you in the club!
Cheers!
