I want to attach a ES/Meade type finderscope dovetail to my 10" Meade LXD55 Schmidt Newtonian to use a Meade 60mm finderscope I currently own. The scope has a 6x30 finderscope that came stock attached to the OTA by 2 M4 screws sticking out 3/4" from inside the tube 13/16" (20.6mm) centered from each other.
I have looked on ScopeStuff and Agena websites and cannot find an adapter to fit. Those screws are sticking up pretty high! I want to avoid drilling new holes in the tube because it requires taking off the front corrector plate or primary mirror holder, but I do not see any other options. I also have plans to attach a Telrad in addition to the 60mm finder. Does anyone know of an adapter I can use?
Here are some pics:

Mounts: Skywatcher EQ6-R Pro & Meade LXD55 Equatorial mounts, ES Twilight II and Meade 2102 ALT/AZ mounts, a modified 10" SkyQuest Dobsonian mount, various 60mm EQ mounts. Misc: Celestron 20x80mm binoculars, Revolution II Imager/accessories, & lots of optical accessories/eyepieces. Projects: 8" f/2.9 and 65mm f/10 reflectors, Dobson-style binocular mirror mount.
I am re-thinking this whole adapter thing right now! I didn't get in touch with Jim at ScopeStuff yet but I am realizing that my Meade 10" SN weighs 30 pounds by itself, not including the rings with my homemade Wilcox Rotating Ring System. My Meade 9 x 60mm finderscope and finder mounting weighs 1.75 pounds and it really isn't needed. To cut down on the weight I think I'll just go with the Telrad for now!
