Another Cycle 25 Update !

Well a bit of a rollar coaster ride and even though the Sun is raging and at the peak of its cycle we are seeing a bit of an overall slowdown, so today I checked for some reliable updates to see just what the solar photon was up and as usual a novel was waiting 😄 I wont go into alot of details but we are about to see some more active Earth facing regions this coming week...

I'll leave rest to the Experts,

Very Best!

Hey Aaron, interesting post! I was wondering the same.

Here's the Sun on August 2nd; 11 numbered spots both in the north and south:

August 16th, AR3784 was the last "monster spot" I saw.

August 31st, the Sun seems "southern-centric" for lack of a better term.

And today, the third of September. VERY southern centric again, wonder what's up with that and next??

I managed 20 days out of 31 for August; I must take a good look at all that at some point when I get some time ;)

Thanks for the info and all the best,
Mark
