I've recently come back to astronomy as well after a long spell away from it. Like many, I got into it during the Apollo era and I've been a night owl ever since. I find there's nothing more peaceful & serene than being in the garden with my gear in the early hours of the morning when most 'normal' people are asleep! I've recently bought a SkyWatcher EQ3-2 Mount with an SVbony SV705 AstroCam for my 4" refractor, and my next project is to build a Todmorden pier so I can remote access during the cold winter nights.
Scope: Celestron NexStar 102SLT
Mount: SkyWatcher EQ3-2 with Synscan Wi-Fi
Cams: SV702 / EOS1000D Modified / Orion Autoguider #52064
Focuser: 4Tronix (ascom)
Software: Mainly SharpCap / ATP / NINA / PHD2

HA - PST stage 2 mod with 90mm ERF on a Celestron XLT 102 (thanks Mike!)
Ca-K - W/O 61mm, Antares 1.6 barlow, Baader 3.8 OD and Ca-K filters with a ZWO ASI174mm.
W/L - C80-HD with Baader 5.0 & 3.8 Solar film, Solar Continuum 7.5nm and UV/IR filters with a Canon EOS 550D.
