Went looking for Observation awards but only found one specific to asterisms.

What an interesting subject. Asterisms. Didn't know there were so many. Looking forward to spotting as many as I can in my retirement. It would a fun thing to try my hand at sketching them and keeping a log book. I'm not a good enough drawer to try anything more complicated. Those who can sketch galaxies, nebula, globular clusters, etc should be very proud of their skills.
