Skywatcher virtuoso gti mount bricked
Hi guys today i tried to do a firmware update to my skywatcher virtuoso heritage 150 Gti mount and an error popped up before it updated that says: "Firmware update failed, cycle power to motor controller and try again!"
Before the wifi update the wifi name was synscan_2bf now it is just synscan, i can connect to it however the synscanapp cant, i cannot use the mount! I tried as the manual said to keave for 1 hour to reset the wifi config but it still doesnt work, the wifi name is just "Synscan"

Have you tried to contact Skywatcher tech support? They may be able to figure something out.
If you bought the mount from a shop is it still under warranty?
Was there a reason that you needed to update the mount?
