F300M telescope
I am new to this site and telescopes so please bear with me. I purchased the above scope from temu and couldn't get it to work so took it to our local astronomy club who informed that the 6mm lense in the eye piece would not work. Their thoughts were that the lense was not compatible with the rest of the scope. I tried to do a review on temus page but couldnt. I don't doubt that the answer is simple but despite all sorts of enquiries can't sort it.

Hello Allan
A telescope bought from Temu will always raise flags of alarm!
Could you post a copy of the Temu description listing please and we will be able to let you know what's going on.
Welcome to the forum.

Re: F300M telescope
Hello Allan,
I had never heard of Temu site until now.
After looking at the various telescopes there I would strongly suggest that you try to get a refund.
In the meantime ask a few questions and we will happily help you pick out a telescope you will be able to use.
