Hi all I took this yesterday in the daylight in between the clouds.I used my Skywatcher 80ed with 0.6 reducer and the Zwo 585 camera.They are only 1 minute recordings and thought I would share.Thanks for looking.

Great images Andy.

I always enjoy viewing those deep crater shadows near the terminator.

Good clarity Andy.

There's a thing in Astronomy Now Magazine that describes the detail in the same area as your image. Crater Plato and the surrounding area is particularly photogenic on the 18th March, today! I was going to have a go at it but the clouds don't look like they're going to let me.

Good to see you had a brief gap of clear sky yesterday.

And the March 2024 Lunar X clair-obscur was yesterday centred on 14:10. I think you caught the tail end of it.

Hi Graeme thanks for the info,I thought I caught the X on the image,it took me a while to get it centerd as the Asair plus didn't seem to want to find the moon.I think it doesn't like planets.
