New Image: IC 410 "Tadpoles Nebula

#1

Post by BigKahuna »

This is the Tadpole Nebula (IC 410). IC410 is a dusty emission nebula located in the constellation of Auriga at about 12.000 ly from Earth. The 2 "tadpoles" in the center left are star forming regions like the "Pillars of Creation" in the Eagle Nebula.

This is the first time I am imaging this with my new camera. The next time I process this I will try to give it a "Hubble Pallette." with additional colors. I hope you like it.
