Our star in Ca-K Feb. 23, 2024

Hey everyone, hope you're well :D

This week started off below freezing; today I was in a T-shirt. This is February?

It's been a week and not an overly good one. However, getting in today, the clouds cleared out for a bit and gave me a break for once. Cloud sympathy perhaps? I'd like to think so ;)

I set up my little W/O 61mm with all its solar "attachment", cracked a beer, and shot ol' Sol with the suns rays streaming down on me. It all just felt so good!

AR3590 is turning into a monster, and there would appear to be three (or maybe 4) new spots coming around on the left of the disc. Tomorrow is supposed to be sunny, and the temps will drop from 15C (62F) today to -4C (28F) tomorrow. That's fime; I want to see what comes of the new spots, cold or not!
