I don't understand why such strict requirements for eligibility. That eliminates about 95% of the population. It looks like they are only looking for high end academia. It's not like they are doing astronaut training. It is just living in an enviroment...like a stress test.

No. I might reconsider if it came with Martian gravity. And... if I was younger. And single. Oh, and... if I could look out the window and see the surface of Mars, rather than Houston. So yeah, that's gonna be a tall order. BTW, will these folks get free high speed internet? Any latency issues?
