Explore Scientific Customer Service +++
The point is I have had a wonderful experience just this morning with the folks at Explore Scientific. I have Had a problem with the clamping screws on the focus draw tube clamp. I was searching to find a new clamping device and called Explore Scientific. They knew exactly what I was talking about and immediately offered to send me a new one. They're also going to send me a new one for my 2 1/2 inch tube on the 127 which I messed up all by my self.
This was an immediate and wonderful response.
They're having me pay only for the Shipping.
I could not ask for a better service and congenial transaction.
Thank you to the Explore Scientific Team !
