Milky Way arching over Gayle Beck Lodge in N. Yorkshire
A while ago I did an overnight time lapse shoot at a place called Gayle Beck Lodge in the Yorkshire Dales. This abandoned hunting lodge is an iconic landmark in the Yorkshire Dales and research on Google shows what it used to be like in the days when it was still in full use. Sadly over the years it has been left to the mercy of the weather and when I was there only about half of it was left standing. Since then the whole chimney gable has collapsed which is a shame.
