It's the peak of the Orionids Meteor Shower this weekend as we drift through the dust left by Halley's Comet. (Saturday Night/Sunday Morning)

It was clear here. I spent the night battling the humidity to capture some Jupiter videos and forgot about the Orionids!

It's raining for a week now!

I was observing Saturday morning. Saw just one Orionid, but it was bright with long trail.

Super clear here early this morning - 5:30 or so with a setting full moon over the hills. Jupiter was high in the sky with a smattering of stars. Don't see a clear night very often. Also, would have been perfect to see an Orionid but it was not to be.
