Since I've started spending more time observing doubles, I've been searching for a good target list - internet, books, atlases, SkySafari. It just dawned on me that I have a set of Burnham's from the late 70s sitting unused on my bookshelf. Tonight we'll see what Cassiopeia has to offer.
Cambridge double stars atlas is a nice guide to get into double stars. It has both the list of doubles selected for armature scopes and charts to find them.
I did not realize 4th edition is out. I have the second edition.
