IC 288 (UGC 2544, PGC 11702 and others) is a spiral that appears to be heavily obscured by dust. This one is located approximately 230 million light-years away in Perseus. It is a little more than a degree away from Algol.

Luminance – 31x600s – 310 minutes – binned 1x1
RGB – 8x300s – 40 minutes each – binned 2x2

430 minutes total exposure – 7 hours 10 minutes

Imaged December 23rd and 24th, 2022 from Dark Sky New Mexico at Rancho Hidalgo (Animas, New Mexico) with a SBIG STF-8300M on an Astro-Tech AT12RCT at f/8 2432mm.
