New Image: NGC2664 SHO

Another clear night in Ohio with a blazing full Moon. Captured an additional 45 x 5 minutes in Sii and 22x 5 minutes of Oiii

Cropped considerably to enable seeing the detail in the Fox Fur part of the nebula. I need to collect more data on this one as the introduction of the limited time on the other filters contributed to more noise in the final image..

Hi Steve. Wow, the addition of the Sii and Oiii have resulted in one of the best images of NGC2664 that I have ever seen. The beautiful colors and sharp details just pop out at the viewer. Thanks for sharing this latest version with us on here Steve and is certainly deserving of a TSS APOD Award.
