I posted a version of this the other day and decided to play a bit by reprocessing it using GIMP .
I typically use a really old Photoshop (CS2) version and with the technology of processing growing by leaps and bounds I thought I needed to try to update to something new.
SinceGIMP is free and is consistently updated I thought I would give it a try.

Nicely done and great detail!
Hey, if it makes you feel any better, I still use Paint Shop Pro 9 from 2004... I use it to slightly sharpen, scale and a bunch of other stuff to my white-light solar images. It's difficult to "adapt" after 19 years
