In my 4 years of imaging, I have imaged this target at four different times. Starting with my Nikon D3300 (non-modded), then an
Ha modified Nikon D-5300 and last year with my ASI 533
MC-P.
I really liked last years image, but it was plagued by horrible star chromatic aberration on the bright stars due to a defective main objective on my Sharpstar 61
APO refractor.
Sharpstar made it right and sent me a new main objective.
Captured on 9/23/22 and 9/24/22.
793 light frames at 60 seconds with a ZWO uv/ir cut filter (a bit over 13 hours integration).
ASI 533
MC-Pro at 0C and at unity gain
Sharpstar 61 EDPHII with 0.8
FR/
FF (275mm)
Skywatcher HEQ5Pro (rowan belt modified)
Captured with N.I.N.A., guided by PHD2 using GreenSwampServer
