Prompted by @steve333 I went back to this to see if i could coax out more of the Oiii signal. The conditions were not great for the L-enhance but I did manage to bring out a bit more.

I think I prefer this one. Thoughts?

Very interesting composition.

I don't know if you did this framing deliberately, but to me, it's the best part of the image.

Hi Babo, thanks for that.

Yes the mosaic was planned to get as may of the main nebulae as possible. Unfortunately that left the bottom left panel without that much going on but I think that only adds to the sense of scale.

Both versions are really nice!

I do believe that the HOO version has better details.

Hi David. I really like the new reprocessed version of the Lobster Claw nebula (Sharpless 157) image in HOO light. A great color palette and delicate details in your capture. Thanks for sharing the view with us David and congratulations on receiving the TSS APOD Award.
