Svbony 48P

I have been using a 90mm Svbony 48P, f5.5 with a 2 speed focuser, retractable dew shield, rings etc. on one of my Porta II 's for a while now, its a small compliment to my NP101. Last nite in my backyard here in the city under above average Bortle 4/5 skize, in August with at least 50% humidity the viewing was great. M13, M92, M31 and its companion M110, M22, the Lagoon, Trifid, Swan nebulas were clear and well defind. The Double Cluster was spectacular with my 9mm Morpheous. For a $350 C +tax / ship this is the best ST achro that I have ever owned out of a 1/2 doz or so. If anyone is thinking about a ST telescope either as a beginner or a compliment to ....., this is worth the try at little cost. Its not an NP101 but neither is the cost !
