Today I discovered when an astronomer starts to become old.
You see a piece of desirable gear and the first thought after the initial excitement is not "Is there room in the budget?" but rather "Can my heirs handle that much astro stuff?"
As someone who has handled quite a few requests from "heirs" about what to do with their newly acquired astro gear, I know this is only too true, sadly!
(In fact I have a current request to help sort about $30,000 worth of gear! BTW, does anyone want to make an offer for a beautiful fully auto 18" dob with a near perfect mirror? Sorry, local pickup (South OZ) only... )

Eyepieces: way too many (is that possible?), but I do like my TV 32mm plossl, 13mm Nagler T6, 27mm Panoptic and 3-6mm Nagler zoom, plus Fujiyama 18mm and 25mm orthos and Tak 7.5mm LE
