A Great Fit

I just bought the 15mm Celestron Ultima Edge for one of my refractors for a specific reason, this is a pretty nice, affordable eyepiece. It fits in well with my higher end ep collection. I wish I didn't have them because I would look in to a few other sizes of Edges. I have just recently read / researched this line. A couple of nites ago i tried it on M31, M13, M92, the Double Cluster, a few sights in Sagittarius, Saturn and Jupiter in my f5.5 refractor. Not bad at all !

Hello LDW. I too have a set of Edge and Planetary Edge (Smart Astronomy) eyepieces. I am amazed at the quality for less price than the top name eyepieces. I am glad that you are happy with the results and congratulations on the new eyepiece.

This eyepiece series is identical to the APM Ultra Flat Field series, which might be a little cheaper.
The 15mm is not compatible with glasses, but the 18mm, 24mm, and 30mm are.
The 10mm (actually 10.5mm)is, like the 15mm, not glasses-compatible. It also has a narrower field (60°).

Currently using a 12.5" dob and a 4" apo refractor
