Star Parties and Astronomical events!!!

#1

Post by Gordon »

I've added a new calendar system to the forum.

It is mostly for Astronomical Events and Star Parties, but also includes the birthdays (automatically!!)

Members can enter the information using the following instructions:

(For Star Parties) viewtopic.php?t=25937

(For Astronomical Events: viewtopic.php?t=25939

The current week will display at the top of the page and you can view the entire calendar by clicking on the small calendar icon at the top of the page.

If you have any questions you can post here.

Thanks to SkyHiker (Henk) for the suggestion!!

Thanks Gordon! I think just the icon to get to the calendar page is good enough. Putting the week calendar on the header of every page is too much clutter and a waste of space, I think. When I have my tablet in portraIt mode the whole top half is header material, the first message is now below the center.
