Grab one (or two for binoviewing) while you can, only three left!
Who knows what storage room they were found in but there is a chance to purchase one of the best pseudo-Masuyama eyepieces made.

Thanks Gabrielle, I almost bought one... The price for the eyepiece works out to just under $110 CDN; fair enough. Unfortunately, at almost $70 CDN for shipping :o

Too bad. It would be a nice eyepiece to fit in between my Fujiyama KK 18 & 12.5mm. Can't seem to find those anymore either!

"The Hankmeister" Celestron 8SE, orange tube Vixen made C80, CG4 & AZ-EQ5 mounts.

That is rather high for shipping, some people (NA) seem to contact TS and have them ship by DHL which is apparently much cheaper.

The last 6-7 months I have cleared out about 2/3 of my eyepiece collection but the Antares .965" Plossl, 1.25" Elites and Speers-Waler were all put in a case marked not for sale!
Their made in Japan eyepieces are excellent.

Well, I've ordered mine. Unfortunately the DHL shipping was not available for this item to the US. Still, I wanted one. I have already the Orion Ultrascopic version at this focal length.

The Orion is a nice eyepiece.
To my eye I found the Antares had a tiny bit less scatter but very close.
If I remember correctly the only major difference between the two is the Orion is FMC ans the Antares is MC.
Enjoy when it arrives! :)
