Levenhuk Ra Eypieces

#1

Post by Refractordude »

I have a pair of Levenhuk binoculars that are great. Did not know they made eyepieces. The Ra series all have a 68 degree apparent angle of view, 8 element lens configuration, and 20mm eye relief. Has anyone tried Levenhuk Ra eyepieces? Just curious. Thanks all

They seem to be made by Long Perng:

I don't know much about them though, except what Long Perng says: 8 elements in 6 groups, 68°, see the link.

Tried to order1 from b&h photo about a year ago, but they did not have any. All the eyepieces in that link are not availabl÷.

Levenuk is a rebrand not the manufacturer.
If they are out of stock just look at other retailers as someone should have them as well.
Omegon in Germany is another rebrander that usually has extensive stock.

I used to own the 14.5mm. Used it in a 10" F/4.7 without a CC and it was excellent.
