Excellent advise about setting up in the daylight and running thru everything !
If you don’t your first couple of nights will be a turn off , I did what you said and then the first few nights with my new 10” DOB went smoothly !
Gee if I had known there was so much to see I would have started decades ago ! :Astronomer1:
