My Journey thru the night sky
Hi everyone,
I live in the suburbs of Phoenix, Arizona, where I have a great view of the eastern horizon from my back yard. Ten years ago I began exploring the night sky with a new 10”GoTo DOB , and over a six year period returned each year to start all over. Viewing for the most part the DSOs , I kept a record with a journey through each constellation one at a time, complete with a little research on each object. I still refer to these journals when I’m reading about astronomy. Now that I’m in my 80s, I return a little more like a tourist than an explorer, to once again come back to some of these old friends.
