For backpacking. All objects except the sun (I’m scared).
I could go up in price if it’s worth it.

You might find the straight-through finder to be a pain in the neck. Right angle finders are relatively inexpensive if you decide to swap it out.

I have the 90 (and the 127) it's very portable, and gives very sharp views.
The 102 would be a step up from my 90, it will not disappoint
