Long Perng S500M 90mm APO?
Anybody know if this is really an APO scope? I've read a couple comments that it is NOT really an APO . :veryconfused:

Re: Long Perng S500M 90mm APO?
from my limited knowledge its an ED scope with air spaced doublet with better glass (FPL51/53) that normal , apochromatic is normally 3 lenses and therefore cost a lot more
Perhaps modern types have managed to correct so well with just 2 lenses that they qualify as Apos ?
