Calsky website

#1

Post by Lady Fraktor »

For those who used to use the Calsky website it is back in a modified form.
How useful it is will be determined I guess.
A glossy site compared with the old without all of the information selections.
Hopefully they will continue to expand the site as much information is not presented.

Some nice refractors, eyepieces, mounts and related equipment
The only culture I have is from yogurt

Thanks for that bit of good news, LF. You introduced me to CalSky two years ago back in the old AF forum when I was barely getting started and, while the interface was dated, it was really useful in planning an outing. Hopefully its new incarnation gets there soon. Adding back to my astronomy bookmarks.

I don't think I'll switch it to English - great chance to brush up on my Deutsch!
"Lichtverschmutzung" - gotta love the word! Schmutz is right... :x My favorite is still Geschwindigkeitsbegrenzung (speed limit) though.

I wonder if I could see even pallomaisia tähtijoukkoja until August. I may have to settle with kaukoputkijalustan säätäminen. The time for schlittschuhe is over until next winter.
