I got out last night for a practice run with the NINA auto focus routine. That didn't go too well but the Bat mask did the job. So I got set up to image the Bubble Nebula. 7 images got captured before the clouds came rolling across to end the show.
7 x 360 second lights at -10°C, 125 gain.
5 x darks, 20 flats, 20 dark flats.
It clearly needs more data but I'm a bit pleased with it!
Hate to hear about your AF issues in N.I.N.A. I still use the BM with APT.
You’ll get it going soon. Good luck and nice job!
Jim

Very nice image Graeme!
Glad that you got a chance to get out.
Thanks Jim
The Bat Mask does a good job so I'm not too fussed. More practice is all that's required! I tend to only set up when the sky is completely clear. Perhaps going for semi cloudy skies too for skills honing sessions would be the way forward!
Nice pic Graeme. I'm also glad that you were able to get out there.

Very nice Graeme, definitely can tell what the object is with its delicate bubble structure. Well done!
