Yes, Virgin Galactic already has had a fatal crash, need to be careful with the PR. Nevertheless they went public via a SPAC (special purpose acquisition corp.) and now are traded on the NYSE with the ticker symbol SPCE. SPAC's allow companies to go public without the customary SEC scrutiny.
