Messier 46 and a friend

With the moon out, decide to pick up some more clusters for my list. Grabbed this shot of M46 and found a little planetary hiding there (
ngc 2438). It was a nice surprise. I think I still enjoy most start clusters visually thru my
dob, but gotta finish my list!.

The M46 surprise made me smile first time I saw it too!
