Supernova 2020hvf in ngc 3643
They showed it on the rochesterastronomy at 12.7 mag. Doesmanyone have info/pics/finder/confirmtion anything on this?

Alan, ha , finally! I knew you would be way ahead of me in the sn business but I just could not find a thread from you! Thanks. I posted here cuz last time the sn thread you had was here if I remember correctly.
Well a sn does get me out of my cave... otherwise I do not get out half as much as I ought to since I finished the sky with my 8dob.... I revisit the old beauties from time to time.... maybe in a few years I can get back into full gear once I stop changing diapers for the smaller one and get the bigger one interested in astronomy.
