Though I personally had never heard of her, she sounds like an interesting person and advocate for the hobby and profession.

I remember her being on the Sky at Night quite a lot in the early 80's I think it was. She also presented some TV programmes of her own. A lovely girl and quite a change from Sir Patrick.
