Just a quick FYI; though I'm sure a few of you know, but for those that don't:
On October 3rd at about 8PM, The Moon and Jupiter will be just over one degree apart, setting in the south west. Observers from North America will see the Moon to the left of Jupiter, while those in Europe will see the Moon to the right.
Then, on October 5th, the Moon and Saturn will be about two degrees apart, also at 8PM. They do get further apart as the night progresses, so if you want some pics, twilight might be the best time
Anyways, just my perusing through Stellarium and thought I'd share. Hopefully you have clear skies both nights. I will probably be cursed...
