IC 4665 a Sketch.

#1

Post by KingClinton »

Was fortunate enough to have had some clear skies and to view and sketch IC4665.

In the eyepiece it is a well spread out cluster that easily fills the FOV of the 25mm eyepiece in my Orion XT8.
The sketch is done with pen on white paper, I then took a photo of it and inverted that in photoshop.
As an added extra I then modified that image to more closely resemble my eyepiece views. Hope you enjoy both.

No correction of the image has been done and it is shown as seen through the eyepiece in the XT8.
