I noticed Thor's Helmet on the list for February. I just happened to catch this a few nights ago.

Wonderful image Joe, and thanks for putting it up here for the challenge. I particularly like the faint extensions that you captured.

Myself, I've always seen it more as a snail in images than a helmet. I guess that is simply my warped mind at work! :)

Definitely looks like a Viking helmet with horns Babo. Quite nice!

I get Thor's Helmet when the fainter extensions are visible, such as in Joe's image. But if one only sees the main brighter round section, then I see more of a snail. :)
