M110 -- N.H. October target -- from Kenya

Post by BABOafrica »

I had plans to do a narrow field image of M110 with my C8 SCT, but the clouds are unrelenting -- set to stay that way for a while now that the rainy season has arrived in full force. Maybe November will be a little better.

The best I could do was ~20 minutes with my WO 66mm refractor, capturing M31-M32-M110.

That's a nice bright M31 Joe with M110 showing well.

My sky looks like it's going to behave tonight so I might be able to get a go at it too.

Regards

Graeme

Nicely done Joe. You captured quite well the beauty of M31 and its star cloud NGC 206, with M32 and M110 showing strongly as guardians on either side. A nice family photo! :)
