In my unending search for a good weather forecast, I ran across metcheck.com yesterday.
Nice color-coded tabular format with cloud cover like CLO, seeing, transparency, temp, dew point and so on. Has an "at-a-glance" look to it, but I don't see an iOS app for it. I'm going to watch it for a few days to see if it's at least as accurate as the other apps / sites I've tried.
FWIW and I should mention astro info is under the metcheck hobbies tab if you decide to have a look.
