SharpCap Beta 3.3 available for testing

Post by umasscrew39 »

For those using SharpCap (SC) like me, or even if you are interested in trying it, SC v 3.3 beta is available until Nov 1st to try. The two big new add-ons are a sequencer and camera still mode. These are two welcoming additions to this terrific program as they will enhance deep sky imaging and the use of high resolution CCD cameras and DSLR cameras connected via the new ASCOM drivers, respectively.

I tried it out during the daytime and so far it works great. Once I get some clear evenings, I can run it through its paces fully.

Here is a screen shot of the sequencer.................
