SpaceX set to launch NASA mission, make experimental second-stage flight

"A twice-flown Dragon spacecraft is ready to be launched on Wednesday to the International Space Station. The mission, which will ferry nearly 2.6 tons of supplies to the orbiting laboratory for NASA, will remain in orbit for about a month before returning to Earth with more than 50 science experiments."

An exciting launch today!

I had the NASA feed on Space.com in one window, and the SpaceX direct feed in another window. Surprising to me was that the NASA feed via Space.com was about 15 seconds behind "real time" as seen on the direct feed from SpaceX. Not sure why that was, but it was interesting. Eventually, I ended up viewing only the NASA stream, after the first stage had landed on the ship out in the ocean. I saw the solar arrays deploy on the Dragon Cargo Ship, and that was about all for me. In a couple of days, the Dragon with meet up with the ISS.

I had heard today that the mission was a success and the booster stage "Nailed" the landing! Outstanding stuff!
