Why so little coverage of the Chinese space station?

Random question - Aside from reentry, why was there virtually no mention of the Chinese space stations in the US press? No mention of crews, launches, durations, etc. Just wondering...

maybe politics ? competition ? or space activities are becoming normal and is just becoming regular clockwork until the next big thing happens like man on mars or something totally new, i usually have to watch rocket launches live via the internet,most of that stuff doesn't make too much of a fuss on the headlines here.

Unless it's a night launch with cool video, there isn't much coverage here any more either. SpaceX gets coverage mostly because of the notoriety of its founder and spectacular landing videos.

India has been launching space missions as well and satellites and these get relatively little press coverage as well except for media outlets in India. The press in the U.S. covers Space X, Blue Origin, and Virgin Galactic more frequently than it covers out - of - the - U.S. events.
