Getting back to the point of the thread I've read that Russia is going to build a station on the surface of the Moon with China. What do you think about that point? Do you think that really possible at all?

China has the resources and technology to do this on its own. Russia has a great deal of experience in manned space operations.
Both have political reasons to pursue projects such as this.

No question that this project possible. However introducing another sovereign government into the program brings complexities and Earth bound politics into the mix.

Watch and wait.

Yeah, I guess that building a space station on the surface of Moon can cause some international conflicts on Earth between particular countries. So building a Moon station might be not a good idea

Previously, I`ve mentioned that China announced that they are going to make a crewed mission to Mars in 2033. I`ve discussed this point on another space forum and some guys consider that their Long March 9 super-heavy class launcher won't be ready until 2030+, so the initial efforts will need to use distributed launch (separate launches of modules) or be smallish. What do you think about this point?

I think announcing a goal and having a viable plan are two different things. The booster is not the critical missing element in getting humans to Mars and back. One of the justifications for doing this space station in the first place is to get more and better data on the human body's response to zero gravity and high radiation over time. Presumably Chinese space officials have some ideas on mitigating those problems and will be using the station to test them. It remains to be seen what, if anything, comes from this effort.
