Calsky.com is what I have used for years.
If creating a free account set it for beginner as the astronomer setting will overwhelm you with needless information.

Another vote for CalSky. I wouldn't think of using any other site for this info.

Re: Is There A Website To Find Out Jupiter/Saturn Moon Transit Times?
SkySafari has moon and shadow transits for Jupiter - the start/end times for the next (or in progress). So, for example each moon will have 4 listings: Callisto Shadow transit Start, Callisto transit start, Callisto Transit End, Callisto Shadow Transit End.
As well as theGRS . It actually can get a little confusing, at least initially.
Not sure about Saturn. I've never looked at it the details.

Re: Is There A Website To Find Out Jupiter/Saturn Moon Transit Times?
For transit time of the planet itself, in Stellarium, you can turn on the "Rises, Transits, Sets" option.
Or, since most people turn off a lot of that information as clutter, you can derive the transit time from the hour angle. 24 hours, minus the current Hour Angle, gives the elapsed time until the next transit.
