If you're an Android user, Lunar Map HD is a good one with a range of downloadable maps for not a lot of cost

I haven't purchased it yet but it doesn't appear to be very detailed. Yes or no?

Looks like Lunar Map has similar functionality to SkySafary 6Pro. Is there any app which would emulate landmark shadows based on the phase? I might be asking for too much.

I like that you hover to show names - features aren't obscured by names like some atlases.

OT: Googling around, I found Virtual Moon Atlas. It's for PCs or laptops, but I just installed it and it looks to be an excellent program. High res and zoomable.

Not an app, but a photographic "atlas", works even on my I-phone:
https://quickmap.lroc.asu.edu/

One can zoom in to rocks of 5 meter diameter. I could find the Apollo15 landing site.
Find the quickmap and you'll be playing it for hours!
