You recall correctly. However the last few years have seen more detections and more robust results on dwarf galaxies that have no DM. For MOND to work all galaxies must have the same relative abundance of DM. So flirting with MOND is become less attractive. Traces of her prior MONDophilia can be found in the video where she emphasizes that DM and DE "might be wrong" but are still scientific and testable.
A recent paper of here which is discussed here viewtopic.php?f=74&t=8173 seems to favor a superfluid DM which she keeps trying to relate to MOND's successes with galaxy rotation curves. It's kind of an apology for MONDophilia.
