Additional Schrödinger's cat silliness

Another case of mystification by words (metaphysics) confusing the issue.

The cat is just as valid an observer as the human outside the box. No opening is required to determine the state of the cat. There is no paradox, just folks confusing the,selves with word salads. ;)

And here we have the quandary of Schrödinger's cat sealed in a box, as presented by Aunt Bethany. Is the cat alive or dead? The box does not need to be opened to figure that out! :lol:

I have had several cats. I have put a cat outside and closed the door. Later, I have called and called at the door for the cat to come in, with no response. Upon closing the door and turning back into the room, I have witnessed said cat strolling out from behind the couch.

This has happened far too many times for me to discount the reality of this paradox.

This is actually a different phenomenon: quantum mechanical tunneling.
