It is interesting though.
I’m thinking that the “anyone” in the title is likely tongue in cheek? They mentioned data compression but the article is paywalled so even if you could run a compressed version it’s unclear how. ;)

There are two ways downloading the simulation data: straight from the file server (), or using the Aspera CLI command line interpreter for downloading relevant parts of the data.

There are also tools for working with the data in https://github.com/uchuuproject
Those can be used for downloaded data or analysing data on their platform.
